Manketti Lodge Accommodation

At Manketti Lodge we offer 16 Luxury on-suite rooms with king-sized beds in all of which 4 rooms are equipped with kitchenets for self-catering guests.

Manketti Lodge is situated 20 km NW of Lephalale town, in the Limpopo Province.

It is built on land that belongs to Grootegeluk Coal, and the access road to the lodge’s main gate, is a private road, without restrictions to public access.

The lodge is situated within 5 minutes’ drive from Grootegeluk mine, 10 minutes from Matimba Power Station, and 15 minutes from Medupi Power Station, giving it an ideal location for corporate and business guest w.r.t. the proximity to the large industrial hubs around Lephalale.

Despite the above, the lodge is still within 20-25 minutes’ drive from Onverwacht en Laphalale towns, with the added benefit that the direction of travel at peak hours is in the opposite direction than that of the congested traffic at those times.

Although situated so close to mega-industrial sites, guests are seldom aware of it, as Manketti lodge still offers a tranquil setting in the bush, from where wildlife can be observed from the social areas.
